after 2 weeks. finally started training.
i'm so glad and happy.
that i'm able to get my fitness back!
started in 1st of June. nice way to remember.
pttp 62.5kg deadlift. restarting my 2nd cycle of pttp.
and the rest.

as for today. wooooooooo. running. myfavourite. 2 rounds of my estate at around 14 mins.
tts wad i set for. so i'm happy that i made it in time. not sure how much distance i've covered. going to track this thurs to find out! @ meridian jc.
that will bring back lotsa memories (good and bad 1s).
has been 3 years. since i last left mj. still rather emo over it. somewhere in august 06 where i submitted the withdrawal form.
as i look back, was my decision a good choice? until now i still can't figure out. though i'm pretty sure i'll screw myself in mj if i remained in there. getting stressed and shitz.
continue next time when i feel emo. right now the mood just isn't there. i'm too excited abt training that the tone just isn't right talking abt big decisions. HAHA.

then on this day i went to run after doing fyp. song
ran at prolly less than 3/4 speed. for 13 mins. gonna try to decrease my timing to 12 min for the same distance. prolly next week. heehee.
after that circuits as usual.
pull ups and dips 5 sets 5 reps.

deadlift:
2 sets: 90kg 5 reps.
improved tremendously! heehee. so proud of my own achievement. another 10kg will be my golden lift. X2 my body weight. that will wait. i wanna get my form to the perfect form 1st.
well i found out a way to minimise my hip flexor damage. that is to run! but not sprinting though.
running at my 3/4 spd helps improve my hip flexors alot. or probably cuz i go for swimming as well. both of it definitely helps 1 way or another. my weight hasn't been increasing though. the amt i take in is too lil. wad to do. i'm not a big eater. i dun eat so much. heehee. but i'm happy that i nvr decrease m weight.
i'm gonna relax for the weekend! no physical training. needa recover man. hahahah. i've done wad is expected of myself for this week. take caree!

anw. i ran at 3/4 speed of wad i will run for a 400m intervals. well i can't say how much distance i've covered.
gnna find out when i go track. i did an 11mins running. with consistent speed at the 3/4 spd. so right now. i need to run track to find out exactly how much distance i've covered.
after that. did my 5 sets of 5 reps of pull ups and dips. double sets. rest time 30s. perhaps soon i can do a muscle up. still trying though. hahah.
ok the next track. prolly. hmmm....
will think abt it. andfor now lets slp to recover!

Wake up weight: 53kg
as time was against me. i did a 15 to 20 mins gym session where usually it takes 1.5hrs.
Deadlifts:
60kg 5 sets 5 reps
rest time: 1 min
double sets:
5 sets of pull-ups and dips of 5 reps each
rest time 30 seconds.
as good as hell to me. wanted to puke after that. lucky i withheld it. tts about it.
no water in school. damn it. where's our water! even the washrm doesn't have water. LOL.

Bench press:

well. i improved in my deadlifts. gawd damn happy man.
bench was kinda tough. prolly i'm just too weak for that
hahahaa.

1. FYP Catia. i wished that i was more diligent in doing this. but it seems i do not have the heart. i must complete my modelling of the plane by tml! please let me.
2. Interview for poly forum. gotta start preparing on my topic. only left a few more daes to interview. arghh. tight timing.
3. NYAA Residential Project! i've been selected as chairperson, so now i'm doing a project. span about 2 months to end. i hope i can manage it well. =)
i wonder wad made me so on suddenly. perhaps its that i'm going yr 3 and that i wanna make an impact. if i were still in yr 2 i'ld prolly turn down every single damn event. HAHA. like i did in the previous sems.
Well its time to make it up. but seriously i hope i can cope. bless me ya. :)
